Why do you encourage other quotes, aren’t you concerned about losing your customers to the competition?

We encourage other quotes because we want our customers to feel secure in their decision to use us instead of the competition.

Why do you not promote the cheaper options of units on the market?

We want our customers to be happy with what they pay for, with the cheaper units, they can do well but we see more issues with them than what we prefer for our customers.

How do I know when I need to replace my unit?

If there are multiple breakdowns within a year, we typically recommend replacing instead of repair.

How soon can you be here?

Our services are first come first serve but we understand when there are emergencies or inconveniences and we do our best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. There are times when we have to wait on shipping for parts and that could be one to three days, but that will be with our competitors as well.

Why do you keep a small crew instead of growing to a large company like your competitors?

When you take on so many service techs, you can not ensure that all of them are doing their best work on every job, that is one of our main missions, so we choose to keep a smaller crew to offer the best service to our customer base.
